100 Years Sheet Music Piano Download by Five for Fighting

June 14th, 2009  |  5,017 views | Published in Music Tutorials

Because I have been receiving a lot of emails about wanting the sheet music to a video I made of myself playing 100 Years by Five For Fighting, I have decided to release the original copy of the music to the public for download. It’s the original song that John Ondrasik and his band play in the 100 Years song. It’s exact, meaning it’s not arranged or anything like that. So download the 100 Years by Five for Figthing song now for the piano now! Enjoy!

The download is in PDF form (~6.0MB), and will require a PDF reader. Adobe Acrobat will do.

This following video is me playing 100 Years by Five for Fighting on the Piano. It is just the first part (intro) of the song. I have yet to learn the rest but this is the real exact sheet music the Five for Fighting plays. I will show off my chorus skills after I learn them. Thanks for watching!

If you want a copy of the music, send me an email at andrewngo1760@gmail.com

Post any questions, suggestions, etc… in the comments. I’ll be glad to answer them.

How to Download Torrents Through a Proxy or Firewall

August 25th, 2008  |  6,420 views | Published in How To's

You may find yourself in a situation where you’re unable to download *.torrent files onto the PC that you’re using. Perhaps you’re sitting in an Internet Café, public Library or other place that blocks the actual downloading (or opening) of torrent files to the computer. I know that some Universities do this, as do many non-commercial ISPs & corporate firewalls (proxies) at the workplace.

Many firewalls and security measures will block P2P traffic, filesharing programs (and any new installations of such), or disallow new ports from being added to the “allow” list. These are somewhat difficult to override, depending on the situation (not to mention risky to attempt at work). But if you are able to install, use and launch a BitTorrent client, but not download *.torrent files for it, then this tip may work well. (You may still be able to run µTorrent through a USB stick in situations where new software installations/P2P programs are not allowed).

This works for both public and private BitTorrent sites, although the procedures vary slightly. “Public” is explained first, with some additional ‘private’ torrent tips to follow.

How To: Disable Downloading Delay from Filesharing Sites

February 5th, 2008  |  481 views | Published in How To's

megaupload

If you don’t want to wait to get the download link from free upload sites, read on how to bypass the download counters =)

Notes:

  • Please note this may not work on any server, even IF the script supports it.
  • You can’t bypass the hour limit (you need to change your IP each time you have exceeded your bandwidth limit), or the letter typing method.
  • Test succesfully on MegaUpload.com and Easy-share.com

This method only works in firefox. First install the Greasemonkey addon and enable it. To enable the Greasemonkey, after installation, restart Firefox and look in the right (down). Right click on monkey’s head and select enabled.

greasemonkey

Now click on this link and if you have enabled the Greasemonkey, you will see a popup window.

Select install.

nodelay

Now go to download the file you want without any file counter delays.
