In many places in America, it is required that the Health Department give a A-F letter rating on how clean or sanitary their restaurants are, A meaning very clean and F meaning do not come to eat please. This one restaurant in Louisville recieved a C rating for their cleanliness, meaning so so, but probably low enough to sway passerby not to go to that restaurant.
