		<description>Maybe it is your ISP?  Any port should be allowed to download, unless there is something in the router / firewall setup that is blocking it.</description>

in my center port 3128 only open
i can download torrent file *.torrent and no problem for this but fire wall &amp; not allow to download + in disabling fire wall also not download . download by 3128 possible?
