Daily Tip 2:Is your Google Maps not working in Firefox 3?

Has anyone noticed that their Google Maps stopped functioning when upgraded to Firefox 3? I did at least. I put it off for a month until today, I got fed up with that it did not work. Every time I want to go to Google Maps, I have to open up Internet Explorer (oh no) to access it. But after doing a quick 2 minute search on Google how to fix this problem, I want to spread to all of you so if you have this problem, follow these quick few steps.
In Firefox, in the URL, type in “about:config” (without quotes).
In the filter field, enter in “image” (without quotes).
Then make sure “dom.disable_image_src_set” is set to “false”
Lastly, make sure that “permissions.default.image” is set to “0″ (without quotes).
Then close out all instances of Firefox, open a new one and whala! Google Maps it is!
