So now you know Hydrogenated Oils, High fructose corn syrup, and enriched foods.  Here is a list of these bad ingredients that you should watch out for.  Also there two lists of snacks and drinks without these bad ingredients.

I took inventory of all the unhealthy / man made ingredients snacks that can be found at many grocery stores, gas stations etc.  I ordered them by either Snacks or Drinks and whether or not do they have Hydrogenated Oils, High Fructose Corn Syrup, or Enriched material in them.  Most of these following snacks and drinks are very common and are the ones that are most consumed.  I took the liberty of looking at all of the ingredients in the gas station I work at to see what foods / drinks I can eat and what I cannot.

Keep in mind that many products may have man made ingredients or unhealthy ingredients in one flavor, but none of any of that in another flavor (ex. Lays Original, vs Lays Sour Cream and Onion).

Lastly: glucose-fructose is a weasel word the food producers sub in for High Fructose Corn Syrup.  Don’t be confused or tricked into this.
